does anyone here play SFV on PC on an AMD card?

I updated to the latest drivers and it's giving me some frame issues.
I tried Vsync on and off via the Engine.ini and the AMD panel and I'm getting some bad stuttering and my fps counter is 58-59 but not 60.
I completely turned off the frame limiter and got 200-300 fps so it's not a performance issue.

It seems to be the same problem I have. If I disable the frame limiter I get over 100FPS easy, but with it I get drops to 55FPS and micro stutters. A lot of people got that, but it's a CPU problem where the game can't allocate cores properly. Never heard of it with GPUs.

It goes through a forced end game synch menu that is completely useless but it has a timer and you have to wait for it, then it goes back to the room, then it goes to character select, then it goes to arcana select, then it loads the game, then you have to let the intro play out because the way the netcode works, it's calculating delay during the intros and if you skip them it's worse.

Then you get to play 1 match and it does the same thing again. And again. And again.

I never had problems before updating the drivers.

gg's ojoj, my advice for the faust match up is: stop getting hit by scalpel, it's the closest thing faust has to an "i'm going to win if i land this" move, that and poison at full screen, or bomb confirm. I know you want to go in, but if you stay 3/4 screen throwing out gunflames, i legit just have to pray for an item to bail me out, fausts approach is legit ass.dping bomb bag is nice and all, but you should play me more to see the timing of run under aa 5k, it's a better confirm. besides that, stagger pressure me to death since my buttons are slow, 6p xx bringer in neutral works well since 5s gets destroyed and 2h is slower and has a retardedly extended hurtbox and even if i block i'd have to blitz the bringer or let you get pressure. and most importantly, never let me go. even if you miss a confirm doing stagger pressure, just do what you have to to keep me in range. you get a confirm, i lose 30% plus, i get a confirm off my pokes, i get 5s xx item or 5p2d that only combo's on counter hit.
