Can someone explain fury warrior stat priority to me?

I see places recommending 30% haste (icy veins) and preferring haste to mastery, even going to 50%

But I see assmangled for example has 45% mastery or more, and less than 30% haste

and bis gear varies, wowhead and icy veins list different things in some spots

I don't know what stuff is bis besides the legendaries and tier set (and some of those idk either)

Because using a tablet that way is fucking retarded. What makes tablets good is being a scaled representation of your screen so you can tap on things, draw etc. using muscle memory and finer control than a mouse affords. That type of use translates best to clicking on buttons on the UI rather than rotating the camera/character, though I suppose it's very possible he's using it exactly for that and being even more unbelievably shit than I give him credit for.

I leveled six to 110 before hitting my burnout.
Took about a 2-3 month break and got to 110 with my Shaman a day or two ago.
When burnout hits, it hits pretty damn hard. I played MH4U in my time spent away from WoW.
I think getting the HotS promo mount helped me get back in though.

Because multistrike didn't exist as an across-the-board stat. Shamans could grant it with Windfury, warriors had a multistrike proc from swords only, and I'm sure a couple of other examples I'm forgetting
But yes it's just "on hit, sometimes hit twice". There was no cap to the procs so you could get 5, 6, 7 hits off of one sometimes

My guild is 9/10 H but they always shit the bed inexplicably on Gul'dan. Could seriously count the number of attempts we get through phase 1 without someone fucking dying on one hand, in two weeks worth of attempts. I will never understand how a guild can do fights like spellblade/botanist/elli so flawlessly, and struggle to not stand in a massive fucking laser that is telegraphed, or a spike that comes out of the floor.
