Treat everyone on your team like retards.
Smoke and flash the way you want to if you are 1st entry fragger, 9 times out of 10 you'll be expected to do it yourself anyway, or the rest of your team just won't fucking buy tactical grenades. Fuck everyone else. Keep in mind you will likely be flashed by team-mates or enemies, be prepared to look away in an instant if you are pushing.

If you get held up, eg smoke outside tunnels at bombing B on dust2, preventing a push, try and determine enemy positions so you can smoke and flash appropriately. You need to be able to get to cover without exposure from all the ct angles, I like to smoke halfway between tunnels and double box, if I know there isn't a sniper in the back.
