Basically, you take less healing below 90% hp, so DH and DK tanks who rely on self-healing as a form of mitigation are going to struggle more, as their mitigation is damaged while below 90%

I haven't played in a long time.So does loot not actually drop from raid bosses in the way it used to? Where it's revealed to everyone and you're style of loot determines how it's handed out. You just get loot added to your bags that's relevant to your class, or what? Is it possible to get no loot at all?

Unless you're in a guild group (denoted by the difficulty flag on your minimap showing your guild logo), loot in raids is forced to be Personal Loot. This mostly prevents ninja faggots from just grabbing all the loot for themselves. The good thing about this is that, should you not need the dropped item, you can give it to other players from the raid within 2 hours.

Guild Run is Master Loot or Personal Loot, as selected by the raid leader. Master Loot is the raid leader selecting who gets the item, if you've forgotten.

Supposedly, it's the same amount of loot that drops regardless of loot type. I don't know if that's true, since every group I do is always Personal Loot. It's less hassle that way, and folks can talk out trades in chat or whispers.

I have a friend who's looking to get into WoW but there's just one (big) issue. Only one of his arms work and he's not really played a lot of games on PC as a result.
