Auctions are nice, but it's more costly due to extra fees. Personally I don't feel like it helps much, unless it's rare stuff where everywhere else has inflated prices.

I liked it a lot. The battle system is much more fun than the Moero games. Neat class system similar to DT2 with unique portraits for each girl in each job. Best CH game in a while, even if that's a pretty low bar to clear. Not quite as good as DT2 but pretty close imo

To be honest I feel like their reputation has dropped a little. Every game got delayed, those who supported Vita YNNK feel cheated and Firis shipped with game breaking bugs.

They've been forcing themselves too much. Firis was most likely because they tried to hard to upgrade their technical side of stuff but didn't have enough time to properly check it so it bugged out. YnNK2 most likely got delayed because they had to focus on Blue Ref. I'm assuming that because Blue Ref is a collab with Dengeki, they just can't afford to delay it as easily as their own project, so they decided to sacrifice YnNK2 for now.

But all in all I think they really need to take at least a one-year break. Atelier can still be released yearly because that's their flagship and they did promise to release one Atelier each year (and at least they seem to have ironed out most of the bugs in Firis, as long as they don't try too hard to upgrade it further again, the next entry should be fine), but at least take a break from the others for a while.

I just sold my WiiU and games so I could afford Switch and all the potential Vita LEs in the future. I've never sold any of my consoles, but WiiU was such an abysmal piece of shit I legitimately wanted to get it out of my house, despite some good memories. It's just not worth it to have six games when on Vita you have more like sixty.

Looking through some of the japanese discussions of shallie plus, a lot of people seem to be claiming that his drop rates were nerfed heavily pre-transformation. You're better off farming the phoenix for accessory/bomb properties, and the first DLC boss for weapon/armor properties, even on the lowest difficulties. DLC bosses give ridiculous combat XP and it doesn't take all that much in terms of properties to blow up the phoenix on NO HOPE
