The slightest changes to Winston would make a world of difference. 10 extra DPS and ignoring armor would shave one whole second off his TTK and make his damage consistent across the board rather than being unable to damage anything with armor.

His bubble is fucking awful. It's the weakest yet longest cooldown shield in the game. It needs some buff.

An alt fire would be amazing. Being able to do a 100 DMG shotgun blast at the cost of a charge time or maybe something aim based would also be beneficial.

His ult is also just ult food and stun bait for the enemy team. It's only good for stalling overtime and is mostly weak.

There's so much you can do with him that would help.

The real problem with the balance is that Blizzard listens way too much to what shitters think but they also want to turn this game into an e-sport.

That's the reason why characters like Junkrat or Pharah won't ever be buffed, they're very effective in the lower ranks but they're incredibly easy to counter when you play against people who aren't retarded.

Sadly, D.Va almost never gets damage blocked card even when the blocked damage is way beyond what Rein would get it for, and the protecting and eating ults doesn't have enough feedback. So yeah, you just allowed soldier to rape the enemy team because you eat that ana dart right at the start but he most likey doesn't even know and together with rest of the team keeps bitching that you should switch because d.va is garbage again. Same with you eating that graviton and saving the day, half of the team will think the zarya just fucked up and will keep telling you to switch cause you are getting countered.
I feel like the only people that can appreciate D.Va doing good job are other d.va players, but those are nonexistend.
