Whats the deal with the two summon options, Legebdary Heroes and Deep Devotion?

I was under the impression that you can only get certain characters in each one but I summoned from the Legendary Heroes and got Camilla even though her image is on the Deep Devotion one.

It didn't work on firefox for me so I did have to install Chrome. Just rename the files(you may have to change a windows explorer setting to view extensions), open in Chrome, copy image, and save it in an editing program like paint.net.
