When she gets excited, I can get excited too. She has this wonder in her voice and eyes as she would discover something really special. She sounds sincere and authentic which may turn some people off. I mean, think about it. She clearly knows the game but not every possible tactic/draft or what may happen next. While you could argue this may be a weakness as a caster, I tend to say no. I want her to scream in excitement, I want her to get surprised so I can get fired up as well. The best moments we had we had at BlizzCon '16 were the ones where the audience got fired up. We need casters like her because why would I want to have two people in the both who clearly could have seen everything like Light Yagami from Death Note? Just as planned? No thanks.

Holy moly you're projecting. It's like playing Hearthstone ladder. You pick the fastest decks, even if other, slower decks have a higher winrate, because gaining rank is just a grind and identifying losses early on speeds the entire process up.
Exact same thing in HotS. Just quit and move on, no need to deal with rounds that give you a headache if you're just playing to gain rank.

Also, I'm arguing for those leavers here, I personally see every round to the end because I genuinely enjoy this game, even in suboptimal team comps.

Actually many females get a lot of respect, because of what they bring to the table. Nothing to do with sexism.

Her not being liked, was because she was terrible, yet still constantly favored by blizzard. Ive muted the sound before with her casting.

Now she is pretty good, when paired with the right people, and still bad when paired with wrong people.

Gilly has got more second chances to succeed, than ANY OTHER caster on circulation.

Even Khaldor was ignored at first by blizzard, whilst grinding his ass off, bringing us streams all day and developing the scene, basically on his own.

I had an idea for that a bit ago. Gist of it was there would be a squad of three that would function as a single entity instead of like each one being a separate entity like the vikings, and they would have a segmented life bar. Each time one of those segments gets whittled down a sapper blows up doing damage to everything around the hero. You'd also have an ability that would let you purposefully sacrifice a segment to launch a sapper to explode on an enemy that'll do damage based on the amount of health remaining in that segment. The rest of the skills could be just general explosiony type things like throwing grenades or molotovs around. I also played with the idea of having skills besides that sacrifice one become more volatile as you lose sappers but that would probably overlap with Zul'jin too much.

No, heroes are just becoming more "balanced" and more dev time is being devoted to new heroes with the new 3 week release schedule they've commited to. They've reached the point where 80% of the roster is between 55% winrate and 45$ winrate, so finding ways to fix the low win heroes is becoming more difficult, so it takes more time to remake them to make them viable again.

Lately they've been giving significant changes to maybe 2 heroes at a time in new hero patches, then more changes a week or so later before the next hero comes out.
