Well, Overwatch is still quite young. A lot of popular MOBA were a total mess at the start (and most of them still are) with some patches changing almost completely the game.

Also OW is quite ambitious, TF2 had half of the characters and majority of them were more simple. OW is trying to make and fps with a large cast of characters with different roles, abilities and playstyles.

Still, the slow updates and some really shitty decisions make me a bit skeptic, I hope Blizzard will manage to make it way better

After the PTR changes go live, I think D.Va would actually be better than Winston on defense maps. I guess she could work too on KotH depending on who your team's DPS choices are.

D.Va, as a flanking bruiser, is still better than Winston. Winston only exists to create openings for his teammates. So if your team is either running Symm+Torb on defense or only using a single flanker who needs an escort, then D.va would be the better option over Winston.

No, that was actually a case of good writing. There are causalities in war. They lost men and omnics in that incursion. The fact they didn't go out on a monologue about all the injustice of it and heartache shows that they at least have written soldiers, in combat, with decent respect to the fact that the mission comes first, then you mourn the dead.

Fact is that even if I'm an high Diamond Zarya main I still dream to become a Genji or Widow main and do those sick playz you often see with them.
They are fun characters that play lonely respect to other heroes, they also require high skills so is more rewarding getting an headshot with Widow compared to Roadhog's hook.

I actually find the story of Overwatch quite cool. The focus on the old regretful veterans is always fresh to see and the large cast of variegated characters can have interesting interactions. To me OW's lore have a lot of potential, too bad they are too fucking slow with the updates.
