Chaplain is fine as a class concept the problem is it has zero support in equipment or follow up classes. Can't really meaningfully change your property damage, maybe a few thousand damage difference at most if you go all out with Lionhead dagger, Manahas, Agny, and hats. There's no attributes and no more Spr classes after it in the tree either, only Inquisitor to boost the damage of lines.

Chap would work if Last Rites was a multiplier on holy property damage or if it provided a p/m attack boost to allies proportional to Spr or something.

Pyro2 Linker 2. Thau used to be for dilgele farming but you really don't need that anymore. You'll get into parties fine with Linker 2 and now with the Agny necklace your Pyro spells are stronger than Ele3 ones.

Murmillo is great for PvP in paper but things don't work out as good in practice. The hitbox are generous but it doesn't matter because the desync is far, far worse. Unless they fixed it, you have a 90%+ chance of getting rubberbanded back to the starting position when using Frenzied Slash, making it useless. Then Mikos now can remove your Helmet every 5 seconds or something, and it takes like 2 seconds stuck in animation to put it back on. Also, no matter how strong you are, even a full rotation of all Rodelero+Murmillo skills will kill a cleric because LOL you can do 1 hit KOs with no damage stands KEK you have 2x HP buffs ROFLMAO block block block.

Melee are double fucked in this game. First for having to have DEX or else they can't hit other DEX people, and second because of hitboxes and desync. Of course, Clerics get to have multihit skills with high base damage such as Malleficarium, that you don't even have to aim, just look into a player's general direction and press it. You can't even block or evade it, by the time you see the animation the server has already registered you as being hit.
