That's also in addition to the fact that Rein is a must pick hero. The largest issue with Dva was that she had too much armor. It's not like she won't still be good after this update and I think a lot of people are in for a rude awakening when they find this out. Rein feels like he HAS to be on the team in nearly every game and this has been true since launch pretty much. He's a great hero but the only nerf I can see being acceptable is maybe a slight reduction in ult charge. I don't really care though. People who play games like Overwatch cry for nerfs way too often.

Not really, I am a lucio main myself. I prefer the faster set ups. Soldier, Rein, Ana, Lucio, Either a good Mcree or Junkrat, and a Pharah was one of my favorite set ups.

That said, I chose Tank character because we have an Omnic in Support and Defense. So we need one in Tank and Offense.

The only problem with the shield is only Bastion and to a lesser degree junkrat can break it.

So many times I've seen 76 and Pharah waste full clip after full clip just to chip away at the shield. Everyone except Bastion and Junk seem ineffective at shield breaking.

On live it flat out fucks up on a good 50% of the cast, pulls weird for a good 20% like genji, and works fine for tanks, lucio, mcree and soldier. Everyone else is a guessing game.

On PTR you can now one-shot people in the 250 range with a good followup, and retards like Ana, Tracer and Genji don't have their bullshit to escape.

with the sightline changes incoming the hook will only be worse for balcony fishing and doorways, everywhere else it will most likely be a huge buff.
