Ana is utterly broken. She can out-heal the game's healer (Mercy), can cockblock the other team's heals, and even shutdown Zen's ult completely, beat almost any hero on 1v1 with sleep dart, and if she needs to heal a bunch of people, she can throw the grenade to burst heal and amplify healing by a fuckton (which gets even more broken if the team has a Lucio on regen).
