No, it'd happen the same. That is exactly what happens, in every form of existing content. It happened even in Binding Coil, you'd have people roll need on the casting breeches the one time you use a different job for T4 and they didn't even have a caster at 50. And back then, you couldn't even turn that in for GC seals until later

Not everyone rolls on every single thing that drops for the sak of rolling on ot. I have never added up the total potency of all their skills and compared them, but just thinking about stone III (210 potency) vs broil (170), fluid aura and assize I would guess those help WHM quite a bit. Also keep in mind that almost every fight has multiple invuln phases where dots get interrupted. If you had a fight where the boss was just a big sponge that sat there the whole time maybe SCH/SMN (sustained) would come out ahead vs WHM/BLM (burst-y).

I hate how they have statted a lot of the healer stuff for WHM, forcing you to pick det+piety or load up on spellspeed. I have 679 det as a WHM it's disgusting.
