It's harder when you have a 2/2/2 dive comp, when healing Pharah means taking your eyes off the frontline, when Genji is a spastic who can be a little hard to hit at a distance, etc.

For her power levels Ana should be doing about 40 healing per dart. Sleep and nade are extremely powerful and her ult is just nuts.

Meanwhile Mercy is the only support who can't defend themselves when doing their role or escape. Her design should be that she is the best healer. Imagine if heavy could throw sandviches every second and uber didn't affect medic.

Ana sleeps or outright kills anyone who tries to challenge her. Lucio boops and SPEEEED BOOOOSTs away. Zenyatta shows them peace with discord and flinging steel balls at 200kph.

Making Mercy's passive healing persistent and better way to escape would help a lot.

Still when discussing the Genji/Mercy thing the conflict of interest isn't that glaring. Mercy's role as doctor for the staff varies on how official it is, whether she tended to them because she was the only MD on site most of the time or if she was actually designated to be the lead for that team is unclear. Taking it this seriously reeks of someone who is either in pre-med and talks about it way too much, or just really doesn't like the pairing. If the reason is the former take it from me, stop doing that shit it's obnoxious.

People date their doctors more often than you might think, especially younger people and younger (new) docs, and it is done ethically most of the time. The only people I know who are more 'black and white' about this are some psychiatrists who deal directly with very disturbed patients (or to be fair any patients as shrinks tend to delve pretty deep into things and hold a great amount of sway over their patients). You're acting like an ER doctor has that same level of power and influence over their patients, and that the board doesn't differentiate between the two. Please.

Other than that I was disappointed with the comic overall. Too much character development without an explanation. It was a cluster fuck of information packed into 10 tiny pages.

If Chu decides to keep jumping around instead of elaborating on what he's just put on the table I might just drop this story. The only thing keeping me going is that Ana, Jack and Gabe's arc still has plenty of momentum. But we won't get much on them for a while, at least until he figures out what he wants to do with First Strike.

I think that to make her viable they'd need to combine her healing and damage boost, or add something else entirely. She also needs a more viable escape than Guardian Angel - maybe a shorter dash - and her gun needs a buff.

Here's a suggestion off the top of my head:

>Staff has two beams: Boost and Shield. Both heal the target. Boost increased damage dealt by 30%; Shield reduces damage taken by 30%.

>Gun behaves as it was, but enemies hit cannot be healed for a second/have their healing rate reduced. Similar to Anna's grenade, but on a smaller scale.

You don't because he was writing himself into a cluster fuck before he retired as well. Chu is picking up the pieces, not well, but he is trying. It's just that Chu is a tad infantile and for some reason fictional character relationships are important to him when you have a story of mostly old people who are obsessed with other things like stopping war, revenge, helping others, continuing war, or reviving dead organizations.

It's all characters that have goals that are far more important than companionship combined with the fact that they're old, literally 80% or more cyborg, or just a robot so they have no desire for romance. But Chu apparently wants to write romance for some reason. So he's inherited a story where he can't write what he wants so he is trying to shove it in here and there to satisfy himself. And in the end is taking the characters Metzen set up and writing them out of character. So Chu goes to try and rewrite so it fits and then you get retcons.

The saddest thing about all of this is Micky was looking forward to people reading about what he wrote and it got canned on him. Poor guy.
