In a best case scenario.
But normally? No. Seraph is favored. Heavily even, it's like 60% or higher in Seraph's favor. Seraph can more consistently combo off before PtP gets active AND before the really dangerous roach combos go off, and with all the healing and removal PtP can't really pressure them either. PtP has to get very lucky to win.
And I'm at AA1 too, and Tempo Forest is more popular. If you look at winrates as well, PtP only has a 49% overall where tempo has a 54% overall. Tempo just performs better on ladder, there's no denying the facts.

What is the maximum amount of damage you can /realistically/ (meaning something that could actually happen with some amount of consistency) do with Imperial Dragoon?

Wyvern cav/dragon emmisary ID so that he costs 7/8
Turn 9/10, play the 2pp that deals 1 damage to enemy per card discrded
Play imperial dragoon, optimally with 7 cards left in ur hand
14 face damage to enemy from an empty board
This requires a full hand of cards prior to playing ID and the dragonewt, so its pretty unlikely.

It's a win condition I suppose, the hard part is drawing the cards. Draw engine card for Dragon when?

That's bullshit and we all know it. People citing the fact that DShift beats control as a reason control can never exist is the stupidest thing ever and shows people have absolutely no understanding of how a meta works.
Aggro crushes DShift, and yet DShift is still part of the meta. It doesn't matter. You'll always have bad match-ups no matter what you play. Since people run aggro, people will run decks that beat aggro. That's all there is to it.

I like sadistic night, that's really fucking good removal and if you can knock yourself into vengeance with it, that the enhance could be scary.

I'm not sure if I'd run it or not, but it definitely seems to be not bad.

Nephthys seems really cool. She looks like she could make a lot of less used shadow cards very good. Plus she says of DIFFERENT COSTS, so you'd be putting 1LW type follower in your mana costs, so undead king, rabbit necro, mordecai, and try to not have things without LW in any mana cost by themselves. As if she summons 4 dudes and you've got LW in 2,3,7,8 then you'll summon one of each if you've still got at least one of each in your deck. I'm not sure how viable it is, but it definitely seems cool and a pretty great boost to some sort of control shadow.

Imperial Dragoon does not seem particularly good. The fact is dragon, even with disco draw, just doesn't have the handsize to really make that seem great.

Death's Hand seems bad. I really don't see it outclassing the other removal and the necro option is so fucking expensive that it more than counters the 1pp.

Taboos seems eh. It makes and uses rites which is good, but that zombie part is so iffy because earth rite has so much trouble having a board stick in order to have things die on their turn.

I like samurai, he's a good anti board swarm card.

I hate mames, 6mp play 2 to do 2AoE to all enemies? That seems somewhat ridiculous given all the tools forest already has and the ease of obtaining that, though I guess it does mean they're given the choice between that and tia.
