Luneth is the most actively useful for the future (you'd probably run dry on eggs if you try to purely level through them), as his is 40% for double EXP compared to the 20% for the lesser double EXP materia.

People suggested Cloud because his +30% damage is tied to Swords which most of the attacker crowd can use in any realm.

Beyond that, you'd usually want to prioritize stat boosts (like +15% ATK/MAG) unless you're bumping against that stat's soft-cap already or you're strictly using one type of ability/element for damage (so if you're leaning on, like, Snowspell and Tornado Strike, +40% Spellblade is okay, but if you're splitting between Lifesiphon and non-Spellblade BSB commands, you have better options). The attack replacements are generally not really worth it because ideally your abilities will have enough hones and/or you're using BSB commands.

That's only considerations for the Record Materia themselves, though; the stats you get from leveling are going to usually be the main draw to using your MCIII so really you can focus on your A team first and as it goes on just fill in whoever you like/gets a good relic draw.

Yeah I would focus on getting Chizuru up if you have a Zidane you could TMR farm with. Garland can't get you that far. CoD is a good support, faris is good fullbreak, refia is great healer, Exdesu is great mage. I guess you can use your tickets and daily pulls for Snow but if I were you I would be trying to get a better attack carry than Garland. How much lapis do you have/how many summon tickets?

I like the gacha being characters over equipment. RK had you with strong weapons from pulls at level 1 and just autobattling everything. At least there seems to be progress in BE.

RK does cater to classic bosses and their strategies though, while strategy in BE seems to be left for Vortex of Trials bosses.

Counted it up myself and I have 114 dungeons left.

So why the fuck is there a Level 52 in a low-level dungeon with a quest? And why is it easy to kill him? I'm level 17 and if I kill him with a pistol and high ground that he can't reach.

I can kill him for 2k exp, and take the weapon probably for 10k exp ffs. This is going to make the rest of the story mode boring since I don't think story mode scales with your levels, but goddamnit why couldn't they catch this?

Don't expect Gold Fest to arrive on schedule. We'll be getting a dungeon update before XIV and I think the daily mythril will be more than that. It's 40 minimum + the alternating mythril reward + 50 from events + 10 more from the overlap with the Lightning OSB event.

XV's isn't fun most of the time. Exploration is rewarded with dungeons that have locked doors, side quests that make you pick up nearly invisible items off the ground, and an open world empty world that's, while very pretty, mostly empty of interesting things outside of enemies. You should be aiming for units like Luneth, Lightning, Cloud of Darkness, Exdeath, Refia,Gilgamesh, and Cecil, they're all solid right now. Golbez and Chizuru are okay, but will be good in the coming updates. I'd recommend rerolling until you have at least one of the units I mentioned.

I was doing theory crafting on TMRs. Each TMR has a chance to up by .1% with a 10% chance after each battle. 100 battle/NRG on average should give you near 1%. So 10000 battles give you near 100% depending on the RNG. 10000 battles = 10000 NRG. 10000 NRG = 50000 minutes = 833.3333 repeating hours = 34.72 days. So that's a little over a month to get 5 TMRS. You could potentially shave a day or two off with levelup NRG refreshes and daily quest NRG rewards.

If you want fast money, summon a FP unit in Standard Summon and bring them to the EXP dungeon in the Vortex of Desires.
Max out their level then sell them to get thousands of gil.
Maxed 1* units give around 4k; 2* units give 15k; 3* units give 30k

Okay with the TMR macro I have loaded it takes 40 seconds to run 1 earth shrine. 40 seconds x 10,000 NRG (approx. how much is needed to get 100% TMR) = 400,000 seconds = 6666.666 repeating minutes = 111.111 hours =4.629 days to get a team to 100% TMR while autorefilling NRG on lapis everytime you run out. So it takes under 5 days for a whale to get 5 TMRs. In 4.629 days you will get 1333 NRG naturally. So the whale would need to buy 8667 NRG worth of lapis. Let's say that the whale is level 90 to make it easy. They would have to spend 8667 lapis. So for under the price of 2 11 pulls they could have 5 TMRs.

Being 6* is the obvious bonus of better stats, more life and defenses for survivability, more magic for damage.

He comes with Dual Cast, like Arc, but also the -aga Spells, like Arc, but he also comes with Meteor, which has no element, higher base damage and penetrates spirit, so its usable on even those silly chimeras that like to be immune to all elements.

His armor choices allow him to actually take hits for a mage (Heavy Armor generally offers both Defense and Spirit)

Lastly, he has Transcender, giving his spells 30% bonus damage to many enemy types, including Human.

As for the other two, I'd rather use 5* Krile over 5* Kefka. Even if both would die pretty easily, having the option to Dualcast Curaja puts her ahead of Kefka 5* for me, even if he has the better damage.
