As long as you're not completely fucked by the rng. You should get at least 4 legendaries so you have something broken to build around. You can get about 25 packs the first week with your elite AI clears, tutorial, dalies, campaign, and early levelups. After that you're trucking along at about 10-15 packs a week then 20-30 once you're skilled. You can play cheap incomplete netdecks with your starting 70 packs to climb the ladder. While the best cards are strong, the more common ones are by no means slackers and for probably everything but forest you can get a decent deck together and win with player skill. By the time you hit A rank you'll start racking up duplicates that will give you the vials to craft whatever the fuck you want for your main deck now that you've settled on something.
