Honestly it is strong, but the amount of autism needed to set up all those machines. All the mats needed to make all those machine and console frames, all that wire needed to wire them, all the boards needed, a metric fuckton of scanners and manipulators along with a bunch of other parts, the biomass to keep a cloner running for which they set up a fucking chicken farm.
Then once it is all set up, what do they do? They stare at a CMC for the rest of the shift.

I am glad they do it, it has saved me several times this past week and I am liking this new trend (or revival of an old one) of setting up medbay in tele, but to me it seems like a higheffort/low return way to play the game. 15 minutes of turboautism to save maybe 3 people in a shift, and that is if it doesn't all go to shit in the first 20 minutes with a singuloose or whatever as it often does, in which case all their effort was for naught.

If a game goes to shit early and you are playing as medbay, at most you "wasted" a little time making a mix and some meds.

The games I have played in which tele starts getting greytided they tele in shield generators, PACMAN generators and atmos cannisters and become a self sustained room. At that point all you can do is wait untill they run out of plasma sheets for energy, but oh wait they can just tele in more.

Do explosions even affect tiles on the other side of "le magic memewall"? That would be the only way to get at them at that point, and that is making the bold assumption they didn't set up the wall with a buffer zone to protect themselves from exactly that.

How3fix teleporter: No teleporting on the station z-level
There it's fixed. You can still use it to pull corpses off the asteroid and other z-levels and if someone dies on the station z-level then the paramedics still get to have a job, and antags don't get their kills zapped out from under them with no way of preventing it.

The other guy wanted to storm telesci with his sub machine gun Not really sure where that came from but he must have been out of ammo so we left. Pretty sure medbay became plasma and a crystal delaminated or something so me and the other guy escaped on the atmos shuttle after breaking in through the front window. Oh, and we had a wizard clown a shitload of people near roundstart.

I don't play medbay, but I feel like diagnostic tools like the advanced mass spectrometer and to a certain extent antibody scanners are pretty useful. Advanced trauma and burn kits when there's no chemist and a lack of doctors and people start piling up in medbay help to patch people up that don't have serious injuries. Plus, are you just going to toolbox somebody with a busted lung if they have no other problems? Wouldn't it be better to just do quick surgery with the incision manager and switchtool? Plus bluespace beakers also help speedcloning by making it easier for doctors/chemists to make mix and keeping it stocked in larger quantities in the tubes, no?

What you likely had was a broken lung or blood loss from wind throwing you onto a wall by you saying you fell over.
Med kits have things in them, drag their sprite to yours to open them or hold it in one hand and switch to your other open hand, then click the med kit. Items inside will be there likely to help you.
Grab the health scanner and use it on yourself, it will tell you your damage and you can treat yourself based on that if med doesnt help you.
Red and yellow damage can be fixed by applying bandaid or ointment to the affected areas or consume chems that treat it, or both.
I recommend you read the rules, and the getting started guide in the OP.

Yeah, I'd assume that they'd have golem rules when it comes to buying slaves or being the goblin king, where they obey the master no matter what. If what they do is against the rules (like killing something when ordered by a non-antag) the ordered would be banned. However, doing it in a way such as blowing things up with a welder when only ordered to kill someone would be the goblin's fault and they would be the one to be banned.

I also think that the goblin king crown wouldn't be roundstart, but able to be made at the goblin lathe out of hard to get shit.

Essentially, the relationship between the master and bomb goblin is where the fun comes from.
