Don't bother with warehouses, but do get the office. The main perk of that is CEO mode, which gives access to free roam missions that are some of the best money in the game

Headhunter and Sightseer can be done in private sessions and fork out about 20k for 5-10 mins of work. If you alternate between them there's no cooldown

Haulage is about 25k for 5-7 minutes of work, but you run the risk of shitters interfering. If a jet shows up you won't finish. I typically do it unopposed, maybe one shitter will make an attempt and get btfo

Essentially idle for 10 mins and get 23k. Watch map to make sure no one comes after you, building roofs are the place to be

The rest are shit and pay shit. Piracy Prevention is good but requires an 8mil minimum item to do so it kinda gets cancelled out

After that I suggest saving up for a Buzzard. Once you own it, you can spawn them right next to you for free whenever you want. It is invaluable for CEO work and quick transportation
