Why did wargaming ruin warships when it was at its peak in the closed alpha and early beta? Every ship class was capable of wrecking every other ship class. What made the game was being good at maneuvering, aiming, planning ahead, and map awareness. Battleships could delete any ship stupid enough to try and go straight, destroyers would instantly sink any ship that didn't keep track of where they were, and cruisers had enough firepower to threaten battleships while being maneuverable enough to dodge incoming fire and torpedoes from DD's. Now I can't even enjoy DD's anymore because the torpedoes are way too fucking slow.

Also bear in mind the Cleve has a thicker belt. So its a bigger, fatter, lower gun count (in both turret and barrel) granted slightly longer ranged and more powerful (which Im sure will be tempered by bad accuracy) CA. Yep sounds about right for a DK class. She'll be burn bait for CL's, SPen for CA's, and free Cits for BB's. Only her heal pot will balance her out, and only a little assuming its 2 heals standard. Her terrible rudder shift will make her a novelty at best an annoyance to play at worst.
