Des Moines has the highest DPM of 203mm guns, even if you don't try to citadel.
Germans, on the other hand have relatively good DPM, AP damage from normal pens becomes quite scary, also torps with good angles. And last, an ace in a sleeve. Meme turtleback armor, that allows you to lower ammout of citadels you will get.
But overall, anons are right. Brawling is pretty bad idea for a cruiser.

I was much in the same as you were. I didn't play much with the clan either since I play mostly on my own because of the off times that I play compared to the rest of the clan. Different timezones I guess. But I can say right now that the clan and /wowsg/ as a whole is breddy comfy for the most part. Sure theres always a bit of drama in any vidya clan, but if it starts to start pissing people off that to the point where its disrupting the morale of the group, then we can remedy it based on what course of action the clan feels should be taken.

If WG decides to jew clan member slots, I would be more than willing to pay for the slots to allow more members to join and collect rewards. Though ultimately I think the goal is for everyone to have fun playing in divs with each other regardless of whether they are in the clan officially or not, and regardless of abilities. There's always something new to be learned everyday and a good way to learn is through sailing together.
