How would you guys redesign Mordekaiser from the ground up? Malzahar, Yorick and Azir do the whole "command an army" already, and despite being a sort of King of the Dead in his lore it was really never reflected in gameplay.

Would you just make him an unkillable tank? Would you make him a bruiser? Would you keep him a "mage"? Would you get rid of his ult ghost? What's core to his design? What's he supposed to be thematically? Would you remove any and all necromancer thematics and concentrate on the fact he has a giant mace?

It is really just the one small fang anime thing they do with anime cat girls to show that they're mischievous or something. It doesn't make any sense for Poppy since she's not supposed to be mischievous.

That being said, I hate her whole rework and everything about it. Her ult is 50% useless for 90% of the time. The shaft of her hammer is comically too big and looks really dumb. Her shield is comically too small and you can't even see it. They made her personality the complete opposite of what it was before which makes her from a stern and tough girl into a really dumb and bland manga school girl which is really stupid and annoying.

On that note, I really hate Tristana's new VA. It sounds like she had absolutely no emotion at all in her voice and Riot picked her because she has a cute voice, not because she has talent as a voice actor. It honestly ruined Tristana for me as a whole to hear her annoying voice compared to old Tristana who actually sounded really excited to go into baddles

Morde's ult is a borderline useless "win more" button. Yes, it can hypothetically turn a 5v5 into a 6v4, however you have to kill a target to get said ghost. So what you have, is a power up gated behind the ability to already kill your target, and then if you're strong enough to kill the opponent the power up is obtained when you're already winning the fight. Simply put the way it works means if you're already losing, you'll never get it, and if you can get it, you don't need it. It just doesn't make sense.

I play Morde. The things I like about Morde is that he has obnoxious hidden tankiness because his damage and his heal and shield are backloaded, tricking opponents into thinking that they can kill him, overcommitting to an all in and dying. Hearing "[all]WTF THAT HEAL IS OP" in the chat. The thing I don't like about Morde is that the giant metal suit of armour is a squishy as fuck burst mage.

Q and his passive are the only integral aspects of Morde at this point, and his Q could be changed into a different type of skill entirely rather than a boring auto attack modifier so long as they kept the "one instance of sudden, huge damage" aspect of it.
