Tank Ekko is impossible to kill because his kit is so disgustingly overloaded with utility that as long as he can survive in team fights he can be useful. Tank itemization is still busted so anyone can become a big ball of stats with just 2-3 items, combine that with Ekko's overloaded kit and you have one of the top-tier tanks in the game. And to top it all off he STILL has disgusting base damages because Rito refuses to gut him.

So does the 5v5 ranked/duo queue that came out a few days ago effect your season6 or season 7?
Only asking this because i was D5 right before they removed s6 queues, and when i played the newly added ranked queue i lost 1 game and got demoted to plat 1.
In my profile it says ranked 5v5 plat 1 instead of d5, even though they said ranked season 6 ended like 2 weeks ago.
I really hope i dont have to climb to D5 again.

They need to just jack up the price on core tank/bruiser items like sunfire cape, spirit visage, banshee's veil, deadman's plate, etc. That or severely nerf their stats. Tanks scale so hard with their defensive stats that if you're even or just barely ahead of a tank in gold and levels then you will lose to them 1v1. Your only hope is getting your ADC to 6 items and then peeling for them cause nobody else will be able to kill a tank after they get 3 items.

Didn't work, there's no way to salvage AP Ekko without a huge overhaul to his kit. Every change they make will help tank Ekko more than AP Ekko without serious changes. Every single spell can be used defensively and his damage is still very good while being tank. The reason to go AP is to blow stuff up with him but why bother with that when his tank build is one of the top 3 fighters in the whole game when he's good?

AP is a cute idea but it's just going to be overshadowed forever until they make a real effort to clean up the champion.

I think the problem with ekko is that you can't really get away from his tank build. With his passive, Q and iceborn, you can stick onto pretty much anyone in the game, aside from maybe Kass. You can just beat them to death over an extended period of time, rather than run the risk of having huge damage but dying instantly because you're a squishy melee mage. And even then, if they buff his AP ratios high, he'd just buy scepter and hourglass and then go straight tank because his new ratios would allow him too. The only way to stop cancer is to remove it entirely, not bandaid it.

Camille plays smooth as fuck. She's clearly a villain so I have no idea why she's being called tumblr-pandering.
Her BM is sub-par but her spammable recall animation makes up for it.
She might be broken if her numbers are fucked but I don't think she'll ever be a consistent problem, maybe for a couple of patches though.

Her VO doesn't have many strong lines, but her animations are fucking god-tier.

I think she'll develop a strong consistent playerbase if she's not underpowered because she almost feels as good to play as Jhin.

While I despise the sci-fi aesthetic and think her hair is ugly as hell when viewed from the front, I'm happy that Taliyah will be the only dud this year. Orianna will always be my wife though.
