Defiance is absolute trash and is high risk low reward

the only time you should ever use Defiance is pointblank against a tank, because otherwise the spread is so high you'll miss everything.

IMO, they should buff Androxus's RMB so he's less aim-reliant and nerf his LMB so he's easier for new players but less unstoppable for high-level players.

Guys, I just started playing two hours ago. I've been playing Skye. She's super fun.

Every single game I play is like this. I stomp the fuck out of everyone. I'm not bragging, because I'm not very good at shooters so I'm wondering what the fuck is going on.

Are the people who play Paladins just this fucking terrible? Is it the hero? Does she just stomp in casual and suck in competitive? I have a feeling people don't know how to deal with stealth fuckers.

From the sounds of it, it's a mixture of your teammates being terrible and you being smart enough to move, position yourself and pick targets well as skye.

As you play more you'll be matched against more experienced players that will likely be a bit more wary of you and move in groups which will make it harder to chalk up easy kills. Lots of people say she's terrible in competitive but a smart, patient skye can be a nightmare to deal with at any level.

F2P helps to bring some pretty terrible players into the mix but really anyone without much experience playing as or against skye is going to have a hard time dealing with her. Such is the nature of stealth characters, they either dominate as people get detached from the group and struggle to spot her in time or get spotted by a group and wiped out.

Is it just me or they actually stealth implemented feature that prevent chain stuns on damba?
I fiddled on shooting range for a bit and noticed that stun time reduces with each cobra thrown. After third character get up much faster that on first one.

New Frontline/Damage idea: Female Dwarf shortstack with rocket fists. 3k hp, same speed as Barik

M1: Shoots a fist-shaped shockwave like Asura in Asura's wrath. Not as fast though, 800 damage every 0.75 seconds. 5 'mag' size, reload is a quick, Hahhh for a recharge of spirit. Range is unlimited but projectile is slow like Drogoz's rocket so she can't snipe.

M2: Charged double punch. Roots in place for 1 second before unleashing a large shockwave for 500 damage per remaining spirit. Its slow as hell though, like Fire spit at level 1 lung capacity so its nearly impossible to hit unless part of a combo.

Q skill: Shoryuken that launches her straight up and knockback people similar to vanilla Poppy bomb for 400 dmg. Marks the opponent once for 20 seconds. If you land the third mark, the knockback effect is increased to Jolt iv levels. 8 second cooldown

F skill: Dashing jab skill similar to Andy's dash but can't go up with it. Is a dragonkick in midair. Stuns for 0.3 second so use as an interrupt. Marks the opponent once and on third mark, stun increases to 0.8. 6 second cooldown.

Ultimate: Plants herself in horse stance and triple firerate but at 40% damage with some knockback that falls off with range. The effect is like waterhose that pushes teams back a set distance. Goes ATATTAA.
Immobile except with her skills but all cooldowns are halved so she can combo somebody to death if left alone with the victim. Resilience and teamwork can save them. Lasts 10 seconds.

Guide:
The idea for her is to deal huge damage with her M2 but only if she can land her 3 marks. So a good combo is to Shoryuken into a corner and stun, then charge punch while he has no where to run. Or like BK's poppy, stun then wait then dash punch into shoryuken and send them over the horizon. Since she's countered hard by Resilience, her cards would be geared to increase combo damage at the expense of Mark bonus or make her tankier during combos.

Healing Rain 4 and Gale 4 are a must with the totem AoE size and duration cards at 1. Then for a 2 I either put in the totem health or Ghost Walk CD reduce card.

She's in a similar role to Ruckus who is more on the Damage side of the Damage/Frontline equation. Ruckus's shield is almost non-existent anyway for tanking especially with Wrecker, you're relying on damage reduction to tank which she can be spec'ced into (Dmg reduction when close to an opponent, while charging or after kill etc)

Can't be a flanker because she has a worse dash compared to Andy even though its on a shorter cooldown, they are primary a juggling/combo tool rather than flatout escape.

1000 unavoidable DPS isn't uncommon, Drogoz's noogie can do it twice in succesion over the entire team. Landing the full combo will take serious skill, imagine trying to airshot twice with Drogoz's rocket while managing stuns and knockback and the fact that it gets countered hard by Resilence.

At the very least picking her would force tanks to seriously consider taking Resilence like BK would but she has more survivability and can be specced into more forgiving damage output by sacrificing her combo potential. It's Hi-Rez though, not sure if they like high-skill floor classes.
