Just to clear a couple things up:
Bicaridine and inaprovaline both prevent internal bleeding from getting worse over time, they don't stack with eachother.

Bicaridine OD to heal internal bleeding is weird.
First off you need a lot of bicaridine. Between 50 to 60 usually. And it takes a while.
Although the bleeding eventually stops, the internal bleeding wound is still there, just neutered. This means the patient still gets annoying text spam and it still shows up in huge red bold letters when someone uses a health analyzer on them. I wouldn't really consider this a good treatment for a patient, more of a thing you do if you're wiz with internal bleeding and manage to jaunt into chemistry.

So although Bicard OD to HEAL the bleeding is out of the question, there's still a good use for it: You can STOP the bleeding temporarily. If you prepared in advance you could make 40bicard, 10antitox pills and pop them in before surgery. That's 100 seconds of internal bleeding stopped. This would save you some blood, I guess, though I'm not sure if it'd be worth it.

Admin notes aren't a way for you to let you know where you need to improve, they are only there as a way for admins to keep dirt on you.
When you get a note, you don't get told how it was worded.
Lots of people even have notes they don't know about, because it's not unheard of for shitmins to hand out notes without even bwoinking first.
You may have completely untrue notes that you can't dispute unless you ask for a shitmin to send you your notes, and even then there is no official process for appealing notes.
