Oedon tried to impregnate her, assuming that the little library prior to Oedon Chapel belong to her. (The other ones are related to Oedon Chapel, hence the assumption.) She didn't have corrupted/filthy blood enough to get impregnated. Same reason why Adella goes insane. Those 2 drop Oedon Writhe runes and go bonkers.

Adelline is the only one who actually is able to get impregnated due to her blood being related to Cainhurst, thus has deeply corrupted blood.

Church Pick will do very well since you have Thrust gems to take advantage of.

At 50/25, for example, your AR will be 296 without gems, as opposed to the 315 of a 25/50 build. So you're not losing out on much at all.

Sheer will. He sat down in front of the stairwell to the Vileblood Castle Throne Room and simply waited. He is effectively an Onryō, which is what a specific kind of vengeful spirit is called. A vengeful spirit who takes out his vengeance on anyone close to him, but yet has enough self-containment to stay in that one area because he knows what happens if he moves.

Further added by the fact that he throws Executioner's Gauntlet projectiles of different kinds at you, which specifically in Japanese is referred to as Onryō spirits.

We only kill a version of them. The fact that we can summon Henryk after we kill him shows that maybe he wasn't as blood-drunk as originally thought since he was still in his own self enough to get back to the Hunter's Nightmare. Same with the other ones we summon, like Yamamura. We only kill their bodies that one time. They do the exact same thing we do and keep respawning in the Hunter's Nightmare until some ambiguous criteria is met.

Because Orphan of Kos is the personification of the defilement of Kos' body. We're not even certain that the Orphan of Kos actually existed or not, but it got personified through Gehrman's nightmares. Which is why he sleeps soundly once you kill the Orphan - you're helping him let go of the past.

Generally how far away from foes should I be when using ranged hunter tools like the executioner gloves or call beyond? I'm finding, with the gloves especially, that it's very easy to whiff because even though I'm locked onto a foe, I can still be out of their range.

Maybe it's not Annalise's will. Logarius basically imprisoned her by hiding her from the rest of the world, so perhaps we can assume that the servants don't know she's actually still alive, so they just maintain the castle because that's all they know to do. The vengeful ghosts are just that- spirits that don't know any more than the pain of being slaughtered by the Executioners, so they lash out at any living thing thinking they are part of the same band of murderers.

One would assume that the summons would be in the sickroom the first time you wake up there then, instead of after traveling back. It makes more sense that your hunter is traveling in search of Paleblood for whatever their reason is. On top of that, why would anyone go to Yharnam or Cainhurst for entertainment? Surely the world at large knows, or at least has heard rumors on the depravities that take place there.

that's normal, the enemies are a lot more hp spongey, especially the attendants.
Use fire against the silverbeasts, or finish them with viscerals and they will not spawn snakes upon death. I find the best way to deal with them is to keep my distance and parry them, then run in and visceral or R2 (or just run past them).
Run past the giant lost children, they're not worth your time, but they are easily parried if you decide to kill them. I think they can drop twin bloodstone. Both of the above take frenzy damage from the brain
The spiders are weak to blood damage, so they will go flying when you shoot them. Run past them and pull them into a choke point (or run past them and the hunter enemy to activate the shortcut, because neither of them drop anything important, except for sedatives and bullets)
The attendants are pretty docile, but they will run down to attack you when you descend the stairs, best to clear them out with backstabs
The tall attendants are easily dealt with on their own, just keep your distance and fish for parries. If you've got any heavier weapons like the kirkhammer than can be comboed easily

For Micolash, his augur has really bad tracking, so all you need to do is just walk sideways around him, attacking twice each time he misses an augur

After micolash is just pigs and shadows
For pigs just stay out of their range but not too far away so they charge. Fight them one at a time.
Shadows go down in 3-5 hits, just fight them one or two at a time

Bowblade is mechanically exactly the same as a gun, except it exists primarily to do damage and not to parry. You exchange one bullet for a quick bloodtinge scaling projectile attack.

Literally the only argument you could make to say that's it not basically a gun is that it looks like a bow, but that won't change the fact that they're almost functionally identical.
