I honestly don't know what else I'm supposed to be doing here. My accuracy is the same, my play style is the same. I do fine while I'm alive but if I get caught in an ult, which is just supposed to happen naturally, the entire game is thrown. My team can't hold or push without me there and they just instantly combust. And by the time I work them into pushing back they've already fed the other team enough ults to just keep spamming them. Just a few days ago I rose 400+ and now I've sank over 600+ in two days. Is it because of the weekend and Halloween? It's frightening how bad these people are that I'm stuck with them time and time again.

There's no reason to use Zenyatta, stop it.
He can't heal, gets picked off easy, and his damage isn't even reliable.
Ana is better in every way, yes biotic grenade > discord orb easily. Front-loaded bonus damage plus cutting off heals is a lot more value. Even Zen's ult gets nullified by said grenade.

Spatial awareness is a very good thing to have. Being a good overwatch player requires that, and especially if you play Tracer, you literally have to have a map of the map inside of your mind, so that you can actually know where to go before actually going there. I have to admit that I did indeed have to play Ana a couple of times, and also Zarya. But I far from mained either characters since I think they're pretty boring. Except for Ana which actually has a higher skill ceiling, unlike braindead retarded Zarya which literally wins every teamfight just by being picked. Some games my team wins EASILY and some games my team gets stomped. Often when my team gets stomped, it progresses to the next game and enemy team mates are the same 4 guys. Does it get better ? In ranked will I have 5 randoms on my team against 5 man premade ? I don't mind losing because having a bad team or I fuck up, but premade seems too OP

But holy reee fucking reee you run into one of those "special" McCree's and his pocket healer and the only thing you can safely do is uselessly shoot tanks. And if the match doesn't start with McCree, a couple direct hits on somebody and suddenly your wings are just pinned by bullets. I switch and it just hits me how much easier it becomes on other heroes. If you can hit every rocket, you WILL hit every sleep dart, and all those times you shut out an Ana or something it was less of your skill but rather the lack of skill of the opponent.

usually the matchmaking favors groups over rating
so if you are solo there's a very tiny chance you'll be paired against premades. If you are, most likely you have an equivalent premade on your side. It will even get stupid rating difference between teams just because it's trying to match premade against premade
