You have to correct your stuff. As symmetra, I got saved a lot of time by just side stepping. Roadhogs expect the guy to be right in front of him, but if you are small enough you can dodge it.

I love 1v1 a roadhog as symmetra. Nobody seem to know that Symmetra beam deal more and more damage the longer the beam is attached.
