I'm an A2QS3F1M1 going for musket 3, lv228 atm, i was wondering if buying a viper would be okay instead of a grand cross, because the additional damage could be useful when you're dealing 2-4 lines of damage during running shot

I'm not sure at all but I believe it gives +500 elemental damage but that also gets enhanced by your attributes. So in essence it makes your skill do skill damage + attack + lightning(500) then your attribute is applied.

Or something like that, all I know is that when I've done missions and stuff with an enhanter it definitely did not just add 500 flat damage to my attacks.

To still be able to deal some damage, you just have to RMT your gear on an Elememe and have 90% in all attributes. Easy. Just stop playing when you hit 280 and farm about 300 million silver and then you'll be dealing about as much as a non-funded Cleric.

Most likely you will still not deal as much as a non-funded Cleric.

Doing more than one damage doesn't mean the other guy's claim that clerics aren't affected by monster mdef is wrong, that image is absolutely retarded. A proper proof would add matk to skill damage, decrease the monster's mdef, then multiply that by enhance and the property bonus.

It's not even all about minmaxing, but the goal with the character - that also changes when do this.

It's difficult if you aren't in a guild especially at this point in time. A lot of the design of this game means only a few people can be doing any given thing at a time without interfering with each other, which means you'll largely end up seeing other players as enemies outside of grind parties. However in the end game it's essentially necessary to party up to do quests and grind so that's where you start talking to people. If you're trying to farm a rare item you'll end up hating everyone due to the DPK system though.

Someone on Klai bought the boots for 7 mill but was unable to sell them for 9.9 mill. They seem to be non-DPK though so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone as a money making method, too inconsistent. If you want manahas set and see gloves on market buy them because it's the hardest piece to get due to the mobs in that area being aggressive though.

People don't grind Evac anymore. It's better to simply use Alemeth till 240 and then card to Maven 270 range. There's enough quests to do that now. Only visit Evac for exploration cards now.

Sometimes you see shouts, but very rarely. Evac also has shitty job exp so it's not recommended. It's a nice spot though especially with the tiny events there and it is meant to be a grind spot by the developers.

Meh, I'll keep my sapper c2 scout c1 into fwee c3 build. Broom + flareshot (thanks to Aiming, flareshot will be a decent aoe) will still do more damage and scout utility is amazing. New spike shooter with circling seems promising at least and claymore 15 now will deal decent damage.

People underestimate it, you actually have up to twice your physical and magic defense as damage reduction variable based on opponent attribute level. Obviously you can't get enough def to nullify bullshit like dethrone but shutting out archer basic attacks is nice.

Transcending boots on dex characters makes the game laughably silly if you want to do that though.
