2016's Festa tour was actually a little odd in that it was during the winter: the first event was actually late December, just before Christmas, and the last one was in March. The previous Festa tour was in summer 2014, and 2013's was also in the summer. They more or less skipped 2015 aside from the Sympathy concert. This probably had something to do with episode 3's extended duration.

After that one off thing with Sachiko in August, I'm betting the next proper tour thing with a new ARKS GP and everything probably won't be until summer, like it was in 2014/2013.

Honestly? depends on what I'm fighting. I only really use knuckles vs things that don't move much, or straight charge zero because it's fun on in general, and on bosses that wall you (like the tanks)/or that you can charge into a nearby object to repeatedly hit. I use double saber for general mobbing and sometimes bossing when I have my whirlwind ring equipped (not currently thanks to ring levelling, as a result I'm not playing fi right now), and only really use tds on enemies/bosses that have a small weakpoint that can be locked onto that's hard to hit with the other two (eg. granz groin weakpoint while it's in the air doing a laser).

I haven't gotten the two reversal related rings at this point. I know neek posted a video showing one of them, but said he can't really justify using it over others.

It's more about how much effort you want to put into swapping rings with /sr.

Knuckle Chase is something that probably should be the your units but TD Air Chase and DS Kamaitachi can be left out of them because you're never really in a situation where you need TD Air Chase instantly when you can just swap out your equipped Kamaitachi ring with /sr. So adding on to this, you could do Knuckle Chase / Air Reversal / Step Jump or other combinations that include Knuckle Chase if you're willing to make specific binds for /sr.

I definitely wouldn't ever put DS Kamaitachi in your units because on the off-chance that better 12* units are released, you would have to re-level the ring which is annoying.

You can use it anywhere really. Ignite Parrying absolutely destroys the Dragon Ex twin and you have plenty of occasions to use in Anga unless you use wise stance then it gets a bit uglier. Quartz is kinda annoying since Ignite can miss the fact easily after most of his attacks.

You can actually use Ignite in mobbing if you want to maximize efficiency especially on slower groups but it can be kinda harder and if you miss you are usually gonna get blown the fuck out really hard.

A butt is fine really. Generally you will get either a Hu/Fi or Fi/Hu bitching about it. Hu/Fi shouldn't really have trouble hitting, no more than the damage boost is worth it. Ignite gets kinda shitter since most attacks Anga does will make it face you but whatever, that's just Sword and you are gonna lose some DPS time by switching to Wise when the core gets down. Fi/Hu generally prefers the butt mostly cause Twin Daggers apparently have trouble with hitting anything else. Of course there is a fair share of people without Wise and that's where most of the complaints are from.

Previously I'd say that it's fine to simply have one ring equipped at a time because you probably aren't going to be using launcher on bosses, but slow dive and gyx potential basically go hand in hand for ranger. Shouldn't be anywhere near it during the spin. Double always resets to it's original pose (if you can call it that) before it does a new attack. Just stay back a bit for a second before it starts something new so you can move out if it does a spin (blocking/stepping it is pointless), you're going to have to gap close to the orb regardless of what it does.

Keep your ear out for the cars and try to stay away from them before they explode, Panic can kill you if you're not careful.

The hp/pp/attack differences are so minuscule you're probably better off just using ray for the S/R/T-def percentile resistances. Having tech resist will have you covered for no ele resists anyway.

You can change your class at any time, this is where your own research should come into play so you know what looks fun for you. Force is pretty much the strongest thing right now, so you could do that. Your race has pretty negligible stat differences so unless you want to min-max it's not a big deal (Something like 10-60 or so attack). If that is a big deal to you let me know and I'll tell you what race gets the most out of which type of attack.

You have three free character slots to use as much as you want, race stats are very small in difference (the only major one being Cast / caseal when it comes to tech and even then it's not too much). Also, you can switch to any class for free while you play so feel free to experiment, get a feel for them and play what you enjoy. When it comes to your skill tree; you can only reset it with real money (AC) or when SEGA gives away a skill reset pass to each character you own (usually happens when they make changes to a skill tree in some way).

Also, you can delete any of those three characters and after 24 hours; you can use that slot again (if you pay for a character slot and delete a character; the slot you paid for is gone). Use this in the early game to fix any mistakes you make.

Oh, and one more thing: Don't forget to do your research when it comes to this game.
