The backline you have now is pretty good for her. The single unit that will increase her power the most though is Kevin, mainly due to the affection chain. I think it would be best to replace Silk with him once you get him. Once you have quick start, you'll want to replace Virgil with Gayphl or Miho, to bring them on color.
One thing you can also test at this point is using Silk at RM instead of Vivid. They're both to bound to be very strong in that position, with their own strengths.

Silk is definitely most at home infront of the striker, but the backline is a little crowded.
You need to have a healer, you need to have DQ, and you need to have Kevin. That basically just leaves Silk or Kiki as your last option.
If I had to choose between the two, Kiki just seems superior.
Eventually it will come... as will Gaphyls.

The idea is to create appropriate scaling between skills that has AoE and single target skills. Adding 5/10/15% of the rescaled value can give more value to totems that are considered single effect only but should not exceed beyond half the value of self only skill.
So if you want to use Victoria:

It doesn't fix everything but it should correct part of the problem.
Its true that selfish units will continue to not help anyone else but this also means that the more you support a single particular unit through totems, only that particular unit will have an higher gain advantage against the opposing line but the rest of the allied line will be more compromised.
This creates a trade off between buffing a particular unit with totems instead of having a line with maximum independence from each other. Unlike what we have now that you practically lose if you use selfish units and you practically win the more totems you stack.
