Just last week I've reached level 60 on my Ranger class, and I'm currently level 70 on my Gunner class which is my sub. It took me over a year to make it from 50 to 60 because of time constraints from real life. Yes, it's nearly a must have for Double Saber. All of the fighter rings are really good and worth swapping around based on what content you're doing.

I left 18 points empty in the Hunter side since I've heard some people say Iron Will is better for Fighter, while others suggest Automate. I'll let someone else or your friend decide for himself what to do with those 10 points, the 8 extra will most likely go into either S-ATK Up or you can put the 8 into Iron Will (or Automate) and have both I guess, with one having a reduced procc-rate.

If you want to level; VHAQ with decent risk is going to be good enough, especially since things will die quicker but you'll get a great amount of EXP per mob with an EXP boost on. Also, you'll need a decent amount of risk for SHAQ to pay back the 10 caps you spent for the run while AQ is pretty much going to give you at least one per run, even on no risk.

Should still be the same from before since the new receptor is pretty expensive for a 4s unit, not worth it in my opinion. Personally, I would go with Ult boss soul / Stat III (or IV) / Flict (or Alter if you want some HP) / Fever.

Not sure when they changed it (must be recent) but you can climb the walls in TD3 like in this TD4 webm or beat up Bibras in the sky now because they raised the ceiling. Harukotan EQ is back so this should be a little relevant for a while. You can do this with a bunch of other PAs that work similarly. The hitbox on Fake Capture's last hit is heavily dependent on what Double Saber or camo you are using. Some models are ridiculous and make the hitbox super tiny like the ladder camo or even the new PB Saber from the latest web event. I have no idea what it is affected by because something like Nyoibo misses but Cudgel works fine so it has nothing to do with weapon length or character size as well.

Fake Capture is pretty high up in terms of damage for DS as well which is a shame because I find this incredibly unreliable. I am definitely not going to try every single camo or DS on every single boss just to see what makes this PA fucking work properly.

I hope there's nothing else that's like this.

Honestly though, I would say it's better to get Crea Doubles and spend the Meseta saved on whatever else you want. Ok folks. Lets see some numbers and some data on techers using ray vs techers using form.

Ray while it has it's nice potentials. The one people point out most is the 10% damage boost.

Form has that shockwave attack that auto aims, passes through anything it hits and keeps going, can be used against multi hitbox mobs to outright abuse the hitboxes if lined up right and can clear rooms when combined with wand gear.

Thats so far how i see it. The shockwaves themselves do as much if not more than the 10% from ray does, plus it can hit mulitple targets with that extra damage. To me it just seems like form is the better choice. But i also feel it could be situational, I do see form having its uses on certain bosses.

Pretty much all the end game gear in PSO was just shit with more numbers and percents. Gag weapons weren't actually any good for anything.

nostalgia goggles tend to make people forget just how dull a game PSO1 was. and that's when you weren't getting mangled by very dominant statistical accuracy/evasion, or the fact that the way "blocking" worked meant that you wanted to avoid being able to, because it just got you stunlocked and chipped to death at high levels.

You have to stand still for about a second and a half for it to take effect. Any PA that doesn't require moving should work with it. I think you have to be on the ground for it, too, but I'm not certain on that part.

The mining and fishing systems were added after that, followed by the Phantom Battleship Yamato EQ. During the summer was the fourth anniversary event with the FFXIV collab and Odin

And now a week or two ago they released the Las Vegas area and the riding quests for points

I missed some seasonal things for the various holidays but I think that covers the important stuff.

Unfortunately so. Unlike collection files, you can't remove the cooldown and have to wait for 2 days before you can obtain the weapons again. So you'll need about slightly less than 2 weeks to finish them to +35.
I don't think the client order cooldown reset ticket works either, because the weapons themselves seem to have their own cooldown and the tickets only reset client orders, not their reward cooldowns.

For some, but not all of them, completing their client orders and/or completing quests with them in the party will fill up their little happiness gauges. When they're full they'll give you a present the next time you talk to them.

Each of them has a different list of rewards, although to be quite honest the early NPCs from Episode 1 and 2 usually give low level discs or single synthesizers and garbage like that. NPCs from Episode 3 or later might hand over boosters and Excubes, though, it varies.

Once you've exhausted their presents, they'll start giving you "ration" consumables that give a minor boost to stats for a short period of time in quests.

So what's the difference between the drops from Gal and the collection sheet ones? The 13* ones. I did noticed that they're named differently and one is lighter and darker.

There's the old ones and the new ones. The new ones are NT (purple) and have slightly better damage/crit and give 1 HP per hit when the potential is active. They are the current Collect File weapons but both the old ones and the new ones drop from Gal so you could possibly get the wrong kind.

The NT ones are also missing a potential (short-range) but they allow you to pick from close, medium or long range. There's not really much point in using the old ones unless you really like that short range potential for some reason but it's only on a few of the weapons to begin with.

Gal Gryphon can drop both of them. The lighter ones are the original series that it dropped when he was first added to the game last year. They're old type weapons and therefore more annoying to grind. I haven't actually looked at their stats but I'm fairly certain they're weaker too.

If you need to move around a boss, Straight Charge is good then instead of just stepping around it. Straight Charge > Backhand on something that's immobile and blocks your movement is very strong and efficient as well, PD's face when it's down is a good example.

Knuckle Chase has made it a little less useful but it's still decent. I use it a ton for positioning because I'm used to it and it's nice if you ever need to do anything in the air.

Galactus? You can use Meteor Fist with it equipped and then swap to a better Knuckle right as the fists come down and you get the increased chance as well as the full damage from a 13*. It's kinda hard to do because of ping, I don't have the palette space either.

It used to be pretty good on its own before all the FI buffs and 13*s but the power creep settled in and now it's mostly redundant.
