This card is amazing on Standard.
Really good on certain Modern decks.
Is the best Chandra ever printed.
And is good pretty much at any stage of the game, if you play red you will use this.

I had Anyfin in mine as a sort of Pseudo-N'Zoth for Murlocs, but honestly, there's not really any point in having it over N'Zoth with Paladin since they can get the best value from him with Sylv and Tirion anyway.
I asked here when I was messing around with the Menagerie idea and ended up with pic related. There's a lot of room to shuffle shit around so you can keep stuff like Murloc Knights and stuff you've put it.

Why would I be saving up cards against aggro Paladin, once you take out their on-board threats they have shit for out of hand damage.

Having multiple format is great, and a good way to have multiple brackets of players. Yes they could balance everything and have one format, but you would still ahve a LOT of different adventures and set to get to create most decks.

Deathrattles reduce the mana cost because for the most part since they're difficult to trigger the turn you play them

That's why Sylvanas is a 6 mana 5/5, but taking control of a random enemy minion definitely isn't worth only 1.5 mana worth of stats

The one time they tried to make it so the game kept track of cards/order was with the TGT release.
This is why for about two weeks whenever your opponent played a Joust card, whatever minion was revealed your Decktracker would tell you when it was drawn.

So yeah, they are too incompetent and lazy to make it work.

Originally HS was marketed as a digital version of the TCG, but they slowly shifted away from that during the alpha stages (this is why Undead and Elves are not tribes, and why hero powers are all standardized at 2 mana despite very early stuff showed otherwise).

Aside from that the closest you can get is Tabletop Simulator since someone uploaded every single WoW:TCG card to the workshop as well as every single dungeon/raid deck for Co-op mode.
