The point is that some classes have synergy with 0-mana spells and other classes don't. This is fucking stupid because the ideal is to reach a 50/50 winrate for 1st and 2nd by making up for the second player's disadvantage with a general boost (coin+card). This balancing should be class-agnostic since we're applying it universally regardless of what classes are in play.
The coin being a spell disrupts this, since some classes get more value from it that others.

I'm thinking of cutting Forbidden Ritual to 1, I can't remember it ever doing much for me except acting as a 1 drop when I don't have any. Also the prevalence of shit like Ghoul and Arcane missiles makes it an autolose if you spend more than 4 mana on it

The Discard engine feels too clunky to play, reminds me of when Soulfire was at 0 at everyone played 2 and 2 Doomguard and your hand would get clogged up.

His Attack is too low so he can't kill the minions he disables.
Also, changing a minion's attack from 2 to 1 isn't as big of a deal as something like 8 to 1, which Aldor is better for because of the 3 mana cost.
He doesn't function as mass removal against Aggro, and is too expensive to be single removal.

I've been losing ranks trying fun stuff like maly and evolve shaman and also tyrhard stuff like aggro shaman and tempo mage, but this piece of cancer right here has been winning me some games.

Arcane giant is a stand-in for forbidden shaping, but everything else is pretty much on point. Bleed your opponent dry and then delete hope.

I tried was trying to make a viable dragon priest deck before standard. But then, velen's chosen and lightbomb rotated out, so dragonkin sorceror was useless and I didn't have any of the legendary deathrattles or n'zoth to make a worthwhile standard dragon deck.

With a midrange hunter or a sylvannas/cairne/deathrattle/n'zoth deck, barnes has a place to shine. I have yet to aquire the decent neutral classic legos, and tried to make a barnes shaman maly deck, which performed pretty terribly.
