silverwind isn't good cause regular narga isn't good. Narga is the single most telegraphing monster in the entire series with an average of 3+ seconds between when he "prepares" to attack to when the attack actually comes out.

the only challenge that ever came out of Narga was Lucent Nargacuga in 3U cause it could turn invisible which was the only way to make the monster difficult since you couldn't see it's telegraphs.

Khezu is a tutorial monster dingus. It teaches the importance of patience and not being greedy with aggression and picking openings carefully, far moreso than most other early monsters because Khezu is a lot more punishing, damage wise. It literally exists to ease people into the game by being an early wall.

I like fighting Khezu personally but I can see how it annoys people. That said I think it serves its purpose well and while Khezu's roar might be annoying, it's a mild nuisance that costs a bit of DPS at the absolute worst (as does most monster roars) because Khezu is not fast enough to threaten you after a roar. The only monster off of the top of my head whose roars are legitimately dangerous is like, Diablos.

Compared to other early monsters Khezu hits unreasonably hard. The whole point of Khezu is to be patient and watch for openings and attack tells and punish accordingly while not getting greedy with aggression. Just like how stuff like Cephadrome or Nibelsnarf teach you to come prepared to hunts with appropriate items.

He's like the entry level of deviants so i can't really complain. he has a huge glaring weakness (special stagger from hitting his face), his easiest to hit places (legs) aren't completely garbage to hit, but it's really another case of "Add a single new move, change a few properties of existing moves and change hitzones.

They changed how he does the beak slam and made that an additional move

gave a tell to the regular charge, increase damage, give it a windbox, made that an additional move

actual new move

great fix.

Deadeye isn't too bad really, but it's not special in the slightest.
He's better than regular garuga because he's not so limited by his moveset so he has other options making him much less predictable. Really fits into the "random crazed bird" thing they try so hard to do with normal garuga.

It's not so bad, playing one weapon means I'm done with the game when I complete that weapons setup. After the hell that was grinding Hellblade and Silverwind ad nauseum for my gear solo, and having to fight them over and over again in turns rooms when I didn't need them anymore, I wanted to be done with Gen as fast as possible.

In truth, I hated Generations since it was announced, just sticking with SA was enough to be done with it so I can fuck off to 4U and stay there.

Lance is pretty schway if you lean towards evade lancing with Evade Extender. You can guard lance, but if I found myself getting blown back alot even with Guard+2 and Guard Up is so situational it's useless. Enraged Guard is pretty good if you know a monster well enough. Also the lance now has a turnabout finish to the running charge, useful for when a monster just barely sidesteps away from you. Pretty fun overall.

I like ccleaner on my phone. People are just insecure.

Still used Pierce on many monsters but always felt like Normal was more useful on anything not Mohran or Dala.

What kind of charm/skills do I need for aerial DB?
I realized I can go full screw attack with aerial DB zero suit, if I find a good charm or maybe a decent one if I use a chakra waist.
Just the mandatory ones, I don't want to search hard for a joke set, and the samus set+chakra will only have 4 slots without weapon slots.

So I'm HR6 and I'm trying to figure out what armor set I want to get my HR game started with cause I just been wearing a mishmash of stuff.

Considering the Zinogre cause it's got pretty decent skills, that or Astalos for the chain crit since I use DB's alot

Also, what would be a good set for LBG since I been messing around with that and just made the HR hermitaur gunner armor since I had enough to make the whole set
