if you want to upgrade your SD. just drag and drop everything.

I never used retroarch, but since you have a New3DS you should be able to install injected SNES, GB, GBA and NES games. just find the CIA's for them. you can use the site 3dsiso or install Freeshop and CIAngel to look for cias
