With molecularShell installed. Open it and press select. That starts an ftp server. Use something like FileZilla on your PC to transfer files to your Vita with it. You should make a directory in ux0 (I just called mine VPKs), navigate to the vpk and press X to install. That's it

QCMA method:
Rename .vpk to .mp4
Place in Videos folder
Open QCMA and Refresh the database
Transfer over
In Vitashell, rename the file back to .vpk, install
