Take VPK files and change the file extension to .mp4. Move them to your videos folder on Windows.

Refresh QCMA's database

Open Content Manager and copy the game over. It will appear frozen, but just wait it out.

Open mShell and rename the game back to .VPK.

Nonexistent lag and excellent performance though it depends on whether or not your PC can handle emulation well.
You also have to take into consideration that the game is being streamed to your vita, so if your wireless router is shit then you'll probably get stuttering.

I have my moonlight set to stream 960x544 (native vita res) 60 fps at 3000 kbps though and it runs as if I were playing it on the console itself though. No input lag or anything. If ever performance drops it's something on my PC.

So far i've ran Dragons Dogma, Fallout 4 (controls are shit though since aiming and shooting are mapped to the touchpad), Animal Crossing GC, Zelda Wind Waker and .hack GU
All ran well.
