Does this mean it's viable to actually complete the atlas now?

Because as I understand it the more you complete the higher chances are you get a higher tier map drop, but you will still get all the garbage in between. Isn't it better just to farm the maps you like?

Complete as much of the atlas as possible, it's a cumulative bonus so every 1% counts. You can always min-max a tier if needed by locking some bad layout maps for a respec cost but it most likely won't be necessary.

leaving me with 420 mps ~ to sustain from 2% leech (I could use a mana leech gem on discharge or incinerate if its not enough), but since manaleech stacks now I dont need big hits so incinerate should fill it up quite fastto a max leech of 700 mana/sec. with a bit more optimization you should reach like 4k mana pool at which point you'd only pay 20/cast for the incinerate. Also not factoring in mana regen from gear. Should be possible.
My Doubts: to reserve ~70% (-enlighten) of mana leaving you with around 1k to cast your Inci from. so if you dont hit a recharge in those casts your pretty fucked.

Assume that the trend for boss-drops is identical to the trend for all drops, excluded +1 and +2 (since they are affected by mob limitations).

Assume the trend is exponential and scaleable for bosses.

Obtain new +2-drops for bosses by applying rescaled formula for +0s and +1s and adding 25% of +0s and 100% of +1s to +2s.

Results

Starting from T4 to get some minimal data for a trend fitting and ending at T13 since from then on the +2 data is absent.

You basically just pay coins so an event will happen to you soon, and usually that means a nice little drop (sometimes one or two guaranteed unique drops).

I enjoy it but some people don't like going out of their way to complete a prophecy.

you faggots really need to reread the thread linked in the OP explaining the atlas mechanics

for the most part, map drops work exactly the same as now, with the exception you can't drop +2 maps from bosses until you've unlocked the +2 tier, so you can only make +1 jumps on your first progression

there's 2 mechanics to progressing:
a) kill a map boss => you unlock the map forever until you decide to lock it
zana doesn't count

b) kill a yellow map boss in a alched map, kill a red map boss in a corrupted map => you unlock +1% cumulative map bonus

a) and b) are different, one is about unlocking parts of the atlas, the other is about completing it to get the map drop bonus

Yeah, but that's just the beginning, not end game. To be fair, I can even not go low life at anytime, changing the tree's not that difficult.

There's a lot of flexibility involved in rather I can get geared at a timely manner before the market gets bloated.

My previous built was a 9k HP EA Berserker and before that is a 11k ES Trickster CoC Discharge. I just want to try low life at least once that's all, even though it's nowhere near meta level right now.

After factoring in around 2k life and 7k ES I'm degenning around 938 ES/s (assuming purity level 15-19), with Stone Golem around Level 19 I'll be regenning 978 ES/s. Worst come to worst I still have Enduring Cry to help out. I should able to one shock most packs with prolif from Elementalist. For bosses I have Decoy Totem and chill along with 2% leech from Warlord along with Fortify (against general hits, I know it doesn't reduce RF degen).

I should able to sustain. With ruby flask up and sulphur flask, I will be degenning around 536 and regenning 1155.

did some number crunching, now made a tree that allows me to run 6-7 sockets (4-5 spectrum) a bit less ES (200%, 80% from int) and 200% mana and 180% regen. I can run a Healthy or a Energy from within in the Witch spot to bosst it. So I should end up between 4 and 5 K mana at which point it becomes really easy to sustain. 4 spectrums give 620 mana, 5 would add 950 mana.
I had to sacrifice some damage but its probably worth it.

at 20 cast per sec (incinerate with 100% cast speed) thats 6.66 procs per second with an average of 3 charges (on a single target).!
Without devotion it will allow you to use Equilibrium, effectively adding a 5th link to your discharge.
