I mentioned it before, and don't want to seem like I'm shilling for it. It's in the fanfic list, the title is Chuunin Uzumaki. What it's about, well, it's kind of on the lid, really.
I also wrote In Control, a fapfic whose idea has been floating around in the general for a while. I haven't written anything lewd before, so I'm not exactly claiming greatness, but I did get some pretty positive feedback. Also if I write something more, it'd be presumably at least somewhat similar in style, hopefully improved.

Come to think of it, it should be doable with chakra, not in just Oohnoki's way. With their finely controlled chakra release from the tenketsu, I could see some really skilled and experienced Hyuuga using that to fly.It could also be a neat combo thing between Naruto and Hinata, where he supplies the raw chakra and she does the actual channeling and control of it in a way that lets them fly. I might in fact use it at some point, I really like that idea.

Additionally, it's also quite rare in Jutsu: only Team 7, the Sannin (excluding Jiraiya), Akatsuki (excluding Itachi, Konan, and Zetsu), the Hokage (excluding Hashirama; including Danzo), Chiyo, Killer Bee, Dan, and Guy have S-ranked techniques, usually 1. Naruto has the most with 5 (mostly BD variations); Tsunade and Sakura have 4 (same parent Jutsu); Orochimaru and Minato (when dead) have 3; Chiyo, Killer Bee, and Tobirama have 2. The other strong Jutsu are ranked lower or are unranked.

Nah, he's an uchiha. It's widely accepted even in the beginning of the series that sasuke is pretty garbo compared to itachi, but since he's the last uchiha, he's pretty scary cause sharingan. Nobody had dealt with the sharingan in a good like decade, so naturally when his popped up and he not only had the fucking godliest teacher around to teach him to utilize it, but the blood and rage of itachi in his veins, he was a force to be reckoned with.

Sasuke was the shittiest ninja around, but circumstance made him seem powerful, and eventually he learned to acclimate. Instead of trying to be diligent in his studies and practice to be better, he just let the sharingan do all the work, and it paid off for him, because that's all that all uchiha are, is sharingan fodder.

Uchiha, by blood, were the top ninjas around because of the sharingan. Itachi, obito, and shisui took it a step further by being great ninjas that used the sharingan as an addition to their talent.

Sasuke relied entirely on the sharingan. Without the sharingan, sasuke was totally helpless, this is seen mutliple times throughout the series, one of the most notable being when obito is hit by the triggering amat flames that itachi put in sasuke's EMS. Sasuke is SO drained from that that he basically ends up stuck there, for weeks, recovering because he's such a bitch he can't fight with one eye.

I don't see it. Sasuke was regarded as talented and the #1 rookie before he got his Sharingan. MS Sasuke was/is heavily criticized for abusing Sharingan, but so are Itachi and especially Obito. Hebi Sasuke's arsenal, regardless of what you think of the character, seems to be praised for his fighting style in the fandom. Those other 2 Uchiha are outliers, placing higher than the majority of the verse while Shisui is mostly featless.

Sasuke was already weakened and on the verge of death before Obito grabbed him (still injured even later) and then had a Jutsu forced through him (not even sure it actually cost him chakra). If anything, that looks more impressive from his part.

Probably had up to sound four planned out as he was going circa second volume after it'd been confirmed the series would be around a while. After that, I think he was in a bit of a rut and had to skimp around a bit which is why the whole post sound four is so incredibly weak, till third shinobi world war arc with young kakashi/obito/whatever happens.

I think after shippuden starts, he had a very clear idea of where he wanted the start and end of the series to be in shippuden.
