I realize that my opinion on what is OP and what isn't is dog shit. But what is TRULY op?

I personally have always felt that heroes with a ton of mobility are OP when you think about how many options they have.

You have nothing to fear if you can never be caught. Heroes like AM and slark are so slippery that their game is safe. They don't have anything to fear but their own mistakes. Its almost as if they are playing against themselves.
