Breaking wheel's duration increases with levels. The tick rate also looks as fast as if not as fast as frost cloud. With diev1 the cooldown is just 10 seconds longer than frost cloud, so you're trading 10 seconds cooldown for a frost cloud that can hit flying, has better scaling, and while also having the rest of the OP support skills in the cleric tree. There is literally no reason to roll an elememe now.

Either that's the damage of red spirits which are procced by chance plus 8 10* chap cards, or they're some ultra funded RMT fag because DT only increases by 153 base damage per level. To put it into perspective, if anyone can deal that much with vanilla DT in r8 then they would already be doing 28-30k ticks at r7. It means nothing without context.

It has nothing to do with the skill itself. That amount of money going into r8 skills will do better damage.

Elememes invested 5 ranks of fuck all for 1 (ONE) spell, frost cloud, which has been rendered completely redundant with r8 powercreep. The entire build is made to do damage with frost cloud. They literally can't do anything else. Then comes along r8 dps cleric which has all the heals+support+utility of cleric with superior damage to elememe which blew 5 ranks for fucking nothing. circling mainly benefits multishot, covering fire, and snipe (or barrage if you have ranger3 somehow)
the limitation of circling is having to group mobs and the 10 second window to unload skills
with r8, lv5 joint penalty scrolls will make falcon1 not as needed
you can also just get AOE attack ratio gear (vubbe fighter gloves, light plate set, gladiator bands/phada) for a similar effect, but circling will still be better versus large mobs and massive groups

Considering the powercreep nature of this game whereby lower rank skills are made redundant by higher rank skills, it's in every elememe's interest to reroll now if they plan on staying until r10, unless they want 3 dead redundant ranks at that point. I mean they're already outclassed at r8, and even if they can get by the 500k hp mobs now they're going to end up completely trashed by whatever r9/10 aoe skills.

There is simply no point of elementalist anymore. It provides nothing except damage which is now inferior to alternatives. Even some rainbow builds could be more useful now if they can support the r8 powerhouses.

Also you've just confirmed you don't even play a wizard because JP+HK+MM combo right now is a one hit kill, even at r8. It's basically an instant frost cloud while doubling as party support. The only thing elememe has over it is single target damage, because frost cloud can still be used for just 1 enemy while JP+MM combo needs at least 4 for an instant kill depending on monster hp.

If it's the latter it should be possible to reach 100% nullification rate if you really try. Base stamina is 25. 4 plate pieces with maxed mastery is an additional 15. Arcane energy with divine might and a gem is +73, enchant agility itself is +25.

That alone totals to 138, divided by two is a 69% chance to null damage for your party without even including potential stamina boosts from the hidden quests. If divine might works on enchant agility then you'd have 143 x 0.6=85.8% chance to nullify attacks.

Throw in some Roxona plate boots and a party with a cleric 2/Oracle 3 and an enchanter is functionally invincible.
