More or less, but you also need to e and auto. The hard part is her first clear, practice it in customs until you can get it right. Auto camps when your e as buff is on and kite with q when it isn't, always be spamming q.

Damage to survivability ratios have completely changed; back then, if you died in a 3v1 it was because you are a retard that played aggressive. Nowadays, a 2v1 gank is essentially a guaranteed kill unless the 2 misplay horribly. This is actually a piece of his own tombstone he strapped to himself so "he wouldn't forget his own name". As you might have guessed, it also plays a role in his kit but I can't say much about it other than that it's related to his new ultimate. Yeah no. His current kit does not qualify as his "niche." Thematically he is supposed to hunt the strongest prey and stalk them and actually learn from each fight

Currently all he does is feed on weak ADCs until he gets fed then he oneshots them with the same pattern over and over. Not much "learning" at all

I don't even think rengar has to be an assassin, he should just be a fighter who excels at killing people who are alone. Not at jumping into 5 people and taking out their ADC and running away
