I've been taking 4 as marks and 1 lifesteal quintessence with natural talent on adc for a while. It's mainly for Jinx since I think she feels much better if she just has a little bit more attack speed, and with natural talent you only end up sacrificing .95 ad for the rune page I have at level 2, while gaining a little attack speed, and the ad from natural talent goes up from there, and you don't have to put as in your magic resist side, reducing your safety, which I don't really like to do, considering I also like 4 scaling mr on every standard page I have.
