I don't play league of legends or watch it but looking at your patch notes I think the people who are in charge of them don't know much about balancing.
Every hero constantly has 2 or 3 small to medium changes on them. You might have one that's teetering on the verge of being good, then they get 2 or 3 small buffs and instead of pushing them over the edge into good it propels them into the god tier.
Same when one is too strong, instead of one or two small nerfs to bring them down, so they are still usable but less so, they instead get a dozen small nerfs that deletes them from being usable entirely.

When you have three things, one that's good all the time, one that's situationally good and one that's dumpster tier outclassed by everything your goal shouldn't be to cycle them so they all get a chance to be god tier, situational and dumpster. Your goal should be to get to a point where they are all situational at least, even if some are a lot more prevalent you can give them slight nerfs and slight buffs to weaker characters that fulfil a similar role.

winrate, perhaps, rank no. I am 100% convinced any1 in plat could get through bronze with a 100% wr if they took every game at least half seriously, and plats are garbo. your rank is probably accurate, and you are (currently) bad, just work on improving.

if I look through your matches, you usually build well, have non-chimp runes, mostly non-chimp masteries (go sorcery instead of attack speed, if you really struggle with lasthitting, take 3 attack speed marks which gives you 5.1% as, instead of losing out on the extra burst from sorcery, and go secret stash over assassin, you are not a draven splitpushing from min 10). if I check your opponents and teammates, they all have fucking retarded masteries, runes, builds etc. this means that if you're in the same league as them, it's your gameplay that is lacking, so work on that. I honestly can't help too much with that without watching replays, but yeah, just git gud I guess.

also, you should really consider getting cdr boots on annie (with that I mean get them like all the time). cheaper than sorcs (although sorcs can be tempting since bronze players don't build mr apparently), helps you have not only your standard spells up more often, but also your flash, which is a very important tool on annie. flash into bursting their squishies is a guaranteed win in all elos, and it's very easy to pull off the lower you go!

It's highly unlikely you would make it, I made that assumption based off the statistical likelyhood of maitaining a high-winrate based purely off how good your teammates end up.
I play OCE on my smurf, and I know that your team-mates are retarded, the matchmaking seems so much fucking worse on that server. While it does make it easier if you play carries.
I would say as a support main you are 80% likely to stop in bronze due to the matchmaking without a duo, 15% in silver, 5% in gold tops, and then negligible higher than that.
If you make 100 smurf account, I rate probably 5 will land you in gold as a support main without a duo to play mario party with.

Just learn to top/mid nigger, and then ward up your lane, and carry your team with potential for 1v5. It's the only way to guarantee a win in the current gamestate, everything else is too much of a gamble.

She's better than all but of a handful of people I've ever met. Everyone has to compromise on things, that's just how dealing with other people works. Marriages fail because people misappropriate the cause of their issues and try to 'patch it up' thinking 'Oh it'll be better once we're married/have kids/have a house in our name/have a dog'. Those people don't understand who they are and have personal issues they need to work out, so they can't stand being around someone else for so long because nobody is better at pointing out your flaws than someone else and they don't want to fix them.

Our relationship isn't perfect now, and I don't expect it to get better magically because of some ceremony. I genuinely want to be with her because she isn't a piece of shit, she calls me out when I'm being less than I can be, and she can take hits just as hard as she can dish them. I chose her because even if I hate her guts and she hates mine, we both know that we still value the other person enough to want them in our life.

This all is shit we've come by and passed years ago. We joke at this point that we're the only ones on earth who can stand the other. If I didn't think that it would work then I wouldn't marry her and we would just be friends. There's no reason to do so otherwise.

Support has the most map control seeing as you have an item with wards in it, and a good support will dominate bot lane taking two opponents out at the very beginning of the game.

Its been said by many sources that support is the best role to climb elo with, and the stats back it up as the majority of one role players in diamond and above are supp mains.

You say what you said as if any role in this game is completely independent of their team and pull bullshit statistics out your arse to look official.

ADC's need team mates to peel.
Mids need team mates to follow up on their cc/assassinations or more peeling in the case of long range mages.
Junglers can't 1v1 anything due to lowered exp and gold income from just farming.

Split pushing tops are about as close to being an all in one victory machine but even they need their team mates to an extent by making a distraction or holding the 4v5 mid.

Does anyone have any special rune pages they use?
