I put runes of the scholar - thinking that you ought to be able to stay above 90 percent health. However, they can obviously be substituted for whatever runes you may prefer.

Imo there's a lot of room to move with this stat setup - however I haven't play-tested this before. On paper I'd say that some vit and toughness could be substituted for ferocity and precision, however, your mileage may vary in game.

I would suggest the stat prefix of assassin as it majors in precision and minors in power and ferocity. The higher your precision the more likely your attacks will crit and thus dps will be increased.

Generally when it comes to switching stats around I do that via changing my trinkets (amulet, earrings, rings) - and I use my laurels to purchase ascended trinkets - it's useful because they are account bound and can be switched between characters depending on the different builds you want to run. However, it would be important to do some research on the exact trinkets and what not that you want to purchase as there may be better ways to get them instead of purchasing via laurels.

I'd go for this. Dagger is there just so you got permanent 25% movespeed when moving around and being able to send condis on demand is always nice. Being full zerk gives you up to 100% crit chance with decimate defenses as long as the target has vulnerability and you stack decent amount with greatsword and focus. Your minions and death shroud make you tanky enough that you dont need any stat investment so might as well go full offense.

If you're tired of slowly running to places you can swap focus for dagger and pick the quickening thirst trait from blood magic for permanent 25% movespeed.

Search for basic colour schemes, then try following them as best you can in game with the dyes you have. Start with simple schemes, then add to them. Picking 3 colours at random and slapping them on each piece of armour is never going to look cohesive.

What in your experience is the best way to turn around a game you know is going to be a loss based on history with your teammates?

I got matched with a band of retards today, two people who might have been playing their classes for the first time ever. The first match, we lost every teamfight that they were involved in.

So the second match when they ended up on my team again, I stopped teamfighting, and just focused on capping 100% of the time. We ended up with a final score of maybe 10 points difference, still a loss, but a vast improvement over the last game.

Was there anything else I could have done generally to make up for the 10 point difference?

Finally stopped being lazy and got Wild Abandon. Thinking Mace/Torch on zerker as a secondary set might be useful. Not sword since I am not planning on re-gearing over to Sinister... but the fire field and mace stun as a utility weapon set could come in handy.

That's fine; I'd actually really like to see a more reasonably worded arguing for and against PS in T4 fractals from people that have more experience then me. I've only barely been doing them and the highest level one I've done is 94. Didn't really run into any problems with PS when doing so, though I'm running with pubs and not a premade setup group; in all cases a necro was doing that boon corruption thing and the overall increased damage seemed helpful.

What do you actually think IS the best warrior build for T4's anyway? I'd prefer to not re-gear fully over to condi, but that doesn't mean I'm not curious if it's actually better or not.

Either way, I have both a Reaper and an Engineer that are in the process of getting the last bits of full ascended armor so I'll have many options for stuff.

I haven't had a problem not getting wrecked in melee, but not to toot my own horn I managed to kill Liadri on my warrior too. The main thing I've seen people drilling is to make damn sure not to bring anything that procs retaliation, since you get murdered by unavoidable damage of it's on mobs. PS has been working in random pugs, like I said, though mostly you don't get optimum setups in pugs anyway just by their very nature. I have an ascended longbow I can steal from my DH, but a full gear respec is looking at some fairly serious cash spent.

They are both pretty equally fun in their own ways. I lean towards warrior more, but I am biased as I play on my mohawk rat warrior more then any other character I have. My DH is specced into 1H sword/shield + lots of mobility stuff, and it's fun to teleport around setting everything aflame with holy fire. Not necessarily the best spec but unless you are doing some real specific content you don't actually need to optimize in this game much.

Concerning your causal use of it in PUGs, how often do they down? I'd expect you to survive as a Warrior, but other classes getting hit as hard would have to focus heals, and thus DPS goes down. This becomes an issue in higher fracs where you have to kite enemies, and even with boon corrupt, your focus may not be on an enemy with it. Take Mae Trin/Horrik to mind when I explain that.

I'm sure this is a common first experience thing, but how come I feel like there's no progression in this game? Like when I get over leveled I get set back if I reenter a lower area. No but seriously while SFV has had some issues, the choices they made in approaching the design of the game - that it would have more fundamentals and less ultra-style mechanics that reward you for playing badly, that all future DLC that in any way affects gameplay would be earnable for free, and that there would be no more re-releases and new editions but instead only one "SFV - are goddamn admirable and exactly the steps that were needed to be taken to fix almost every problem with the fighting games genre.

I wish the masteries had a long term exp sink for players. Let players "perfect" a mastery for 2x it's exp value. Once you perfect a mastery you get some passive benefit within HoT maps (like bonus gold/magic find, better harvesting, %damage against mobs).
