Everytime I see the interaction between the Hokage and Sarada, and I dont know why… The way Sarada looks at Naruto’s mature face, it feels like when you were a teenager and you adored this pop star so much that you fantasized about kissing and marry him someday.

Naruto's so weird about this that its anything but realistic. In the real world, top tier fighters aren't so far above normal pros that they could solo ten of them, and they need to train constantly , from an early age, to get to and maintain that level by the time they hit hit their mid-20s. In a realistic scenario four of those "jobbers" ganging up on Sasuke would prove a threat to him.

In Naruto, the power gap is so large, that guys like Madara can solo entire armies and an Uchiha can instantly become top tier at 12, powerful enough to make a joke out of full grown men, by randomly activating a burn anything eye ability. In the real world, even a talented child is unlikely to overpower an older and more skilled "jobber" with a more modest degree of talent. Neji's rant, within a more realistic setting, wouldn't have given way to a broken Aesop, since hard work really is more important than inherent ability outside of nardo; there are plenty of famous people who come from nothing and plenty of geniuses who squander their talent and accomplish very little.

I love anti-magic stuff and the closest we get to that is the Gentle Fist, with an also neat, actual martial arts like style, so I don't know if I can completely agree on that.

But Ino's/the Yamanaka mind stuff had loads of potential. Imagine telepathic stuff straight out of Babylon 5, some technique that could project you right into someone's mindscape like Psychonauts, lots of body switching shenanigans as well.

While I like the Gentle Fist more in that one or two things it does, the mental stuff had a much wider net of potentially interesting things to show.

I have to disagree with you there.

Both Ino and Hinata have a few ideas about them, a creative spark of abilities and personality, ties to the setting and other characters that could have grown and be appropriate to the female lead spot.
Would Kishi have ruined them? He's Kishi, of fucking course he would have, but it'd have been in a whole different manner I think.

Both Pinkshit and Tenten (arguably Rin too) are incredibly bland, existing solely to fill a pre-determined slot. If not for pressure and a felt duty to make people like Pinkshit, Kishi would likely have left Sakura with rouchly the same amount of screen time as Tenten, which is about what the character really merits. As it was he tried one new angle after another, giving Pinkshit more abilities and "big moments" that never really resolved her unchangeable situation as a third wheel, never had a pay-off.

The reason both Ino and Hinata would have been better female leads is that one is naturally suited to a more passive but supporting role (from which she occasionally steps out) and another is fired up by nature, loud and brash but learns to be a good teammate, pulls off some incredible stuff under pressure, remaining solidly in the support role her abilities naturally point her to.

As such both characters could have been pretty functional in a more prominent, but consistently support role. Pinkshit, by contrast, can only punch boulders or the ground, dispose of fodder on one side or heal fodder on another. Hell, making a supposedly main-ish character in a genre where people shrug off injuries a fucking medic was a disastrous idea to begin with.

With Pinkshit Kishi had nothing and pushed it on us constantly, creating only resentment.
I'm not delusional enough that he'd magically become better while writing the other two girls, but even someone as bad as he would have something real on his hands to work with.

From day 1 Naruto, the protagonist everything sort of ties into had an ability to basically sleep off almost any injury, or when Kurama feels like it, re-grow half a fucking lung.

Since it is more or less through him that we experience the world and that entire skillset is not something he needs very much, healing was always going to be negligible. Yes, there were some serious injuries like Lee's and Sausage getting a bad case of fried brains, but especially the latter was less a show of seriousness and more of a plot hook for Tsunade.

And as soon as Sakura got Tsunade's skillset grafted onto her, everybody started shrugging off attacks due to rocketing powerlevels.
The rather funny exception is Sausage and co who got plenty of use out of their heal-slut.

By contrast Ino could help coordinate or could have the odd, cool interrogation scene connected to reflections on her father, or Hinata could be the team's spotter, with her healing balm being a small, minor item that can help a little here and there, but still leaves it impressive when people shrug off injuries.
