This thread has a serious problem with pulling facts out of their asses. Here's an actual fight with Vanzel.

He cheesed his way with Dark Theurge, and the broken links were used at least once to get a cheap kill that should've never happened. Nothing wrong with this, it's not like we could've won against 2 Clerics if we didn't have instant-kill moves. That's just how PvP in this game works.

Now, notice how he desyncs on the second round(about 50 seconds in). Is that on purpose? Did he purposely cause a desync so that he'd be teleporting around on everyone's screen? Who knows, maybe if you record more fights with him, we'll find out. Didn't seem malicious to me, even after watching it several times.

It just brought it up it to level of other R4 skills. Notice that maxed Catar is around 1000 damage as well. It's now useful with stun/stagger + shock + bleeding + armor break. Barb3 is R5 and his C3 skill, Giant Swing has over 2000.

Barb will be just hard hits with stuns, HL will be a bit more party oriented combo based class.

There used to be a bug where magic missile bounces weren't shared with joint penalty, instead dealing basic auto attack damage for some reason. With the repository merge it went back to how it should have been. If there's anything to be fixed/nerfed it'll be how hangman's knot apparently turns every magic missile into a mini aoe due to minus aoe defense ratio, granting way more hits than number of missiles.

I doubt people will max Catar. Lvl15 still will take a while to cast and more and more HL skills are now being worth taking so you need skill points for those as well. Catar10 would probably be decent pick, maxed Skyliner for bleeding and low cooldown general purpose skill, maxed Skull Swing for bosses, Few points into Cross Guard, Cross Cut either lvl1 as enabler for Skyliner or maxed because you often use it to buff Skyliner anyway, Moulinet has pretty nice crit chance, Wheel would be just 1 point for mass knockback, skill points in Crown depend on whether you want it as enabler for Vertical or 100% uptime for bosses.
