Usually no points into Thrust, what you do if you only go 1 circle is:
Bash 3 for KD attribute.
Gung Ho 3 for attribute.
Concentrate 4 or 5. Depending on Pain Barrier level.

More members is not necessarily better, small guilds can less intimidating as well as have more camaraderie between the members since it's harder to be an anonymous face is the crowd and everyone gets to know each other well.

Even a 14 person guild could wreck shit in GvG if they have the right assortment of builds and they all have a line of contact outside of the game and can organize things so they're all on at the right times. Though ideally you'd want at least a few more people in the guild on top of that because unless everyone is a truNEET not every person will be able to make every GvG or other guild events. If I liked the people I think I'd actually prefer this to a full 30 person guild.

There's no reason to go Ranger2-3 right now. The only even passable excuse for Ranger2 or Ranger3 are for a SR build so you can soup up all your Retreat Shots and that new forward shot skill or whatever they're getting is. Time Bomb, Bounce Shot and Spiral are all horrible skills. Hell, outside of Wugu, Rogue and SR, I think Hunter would benefit every other archer class more than Ranger since at the very least you can use the pet to absolutely demolish flying bosses.
