Hello Senpais!. About to start playing and I'm interested in starting either a Mage or an Archer. I've been lurking for a while.

Which one is easier? I've looked at some footage on youtube and it seems that they both have a lot of ground targetting which seems pretty difficult.

After looking at each classes' skills and costumes, I'm leaning towards Musketeer and Warlocks.

I know about the elememe. Is there a Warlock build that doesn't require going Ele3? because I don't really like channeling.

I'd like to be able to farm efficiently as well as this will be my first character.

I've looked up some typical build paths for Musketeers. Is it important to take Falconer? I'd rather not have a disgusting eagle following me unless the circling skill doesn't require having one.

Also, as an archer, I know I need about 50-70 con. Should I allocating more into dex for crits and dogdge or strength for the buffs?

I think Hoplite dragoon fits more what the class is supposed to be and a lot of Catgoons might end up rerolling to make lancer work better in their build since Dragoon 2 appears to be a front line melee fighter that supports other melee.

This is quite unorthodox but I recommend rolling the a2qs3 first while you get used to the game. You can then put it on hold when you hit 90 or 130 and use it to farm the 90 dungeon for ardes or the 130 dungeon for silver and Petamion. That will make your elememe's life easier as it provides some gear and silver for attributes funding.

Is multishot circle 2 a game changer in rank 6-7? Or it's ok not taking an archer 2 and take ranger 1?

Archer2 is mainly for 100% uptime swift step with the attribute.
Multi does fall off in face of late ranks skills, but it's still pretty good and you get a half charge time attribute for it in c2 too.

Today I'm going to use all 14 of my dungeon reset scrolls and go into shaoulai 45 times. That would give me 360% experience (since a boss there gives about 2%) which would be enough to push me into Maven range since grinding in storage is extremely retarded without a specific ideal party due to very low mob density. Life is good.

Oh, and maybe I'll drop a petamion from 45 harpeia cubes with some rerolls mixed in.

We don't know too much about the R8s yet but Archer2 Ranger1 Scout1 Fletcher3 Mergen looks like the obvious choice right now. If you desperately want to have Wugu just go with the A2 Sap2 Wu2 Cannon meme and grab Cannon2 at R8.

And yes, the points get mailed to you in the form of consumables, you can stack all of them on a single character if you like. R3 is best for SR because of Steady Aim among other things.

Almost all of SR abilities are multi-hit, so Steady Aim's damage boost is does well because it applies to each hit.

Wugu2 is not a good choice because you cannot use Throw Gu Pot while mounted, which is your main form of AoE DPS from Wugu. Without Gu Pot, Wugu is pretty shit so don't even bother.

Hmm, I'm actually conflicted about it to tell the truth.
On one hand, I am still having fun and I don't feel burdened by a lot of the game's problems due to the way I play it but at the same time... a part of me does want to experience more of the game but I don't know how to motivate myself to level past that point. As for getting past 130, you might have to bear through it if you can't find a build you find fun. Hell, maybe joining a guild will give the motivation. Some guilds are in of a specific class/role if you wanna feel useful. Or maybe they'll give you advice and support to keep going. Who knows. Hope this helps anon. Good luck.
